By completing and submitting the form on this page, you are agreeing to this customer agreement ('Agreement") is entered into as of today's date by and between True Trust Marketing Ltd. (TTM) with its principal place of business at 502 Holt St., Kamloops, BC, V2B 5E7, and Business Name entered on this form (the "Client"). In addition to the terms below, this agreement incorporates by reference True Trust Marketing's standard Terms & Condition found on it's website http://mytestimonialengine.com as maybe amended from time to time by True Trust Marketing Ltd.

TTM agrees to provide the Client non-exclusive access to services listed below:
Review Aggregation: Allows you to collect your business reviews from top sites like Google, Facebook, BBB, and other ("Review Sites"). While additional Review Sites may be added in the future, we do not guarantee the ability to aggregate reviews at any time.

New Review Collection: Allows you to gather new reviews from your customers via email campaigns, check-ins, onsite kiosk provided by you, SMS. You can customize email and SMS text.

Review Moderation: Provides you the ability to control your online reputation - respond to reviews and manage negative reviews.

Review Website: A personalized business micro-site containing all of your approved reviews and information about your business.

Analytics: A dashboard to monitor your reviews and ratings, customer sentiment and visitors.

Fees and Payment: The client will not pay for this. If the client wants to purchase the service after the 5-day test-drive, a different form must be submitted. This is a 100% free trial.

Terms: This agreement will be in force for 7 days (leaving 2 days for set-up and 5 for execution) beginning the date of execution. On-boarding begins when signup form is submitted. No cancellation will be permitted once on-boarding has begun.

Authorization: All agreements are transferable and fully enforceable in the event of a transfer of ownership (sale, acquisition, merger, etc.) by either TTM or Client. By completing and submitting the form on this page, you are indicating that you have expressly accept the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
